I am a military spouse living in Stuttgart, Germany - a two hour drive from Alsace. If I learn the exact city/town of my ancestors' origins in France, I can travel to the town and conduct research over the spring break or summer vacation.

If you are also descended from the following people or cousins of the following, please contact me. Perhaps my research in France will benefit us both.

Julian C and Julia Marie (Maiden name unknown) Claude - Born in France in 1829 and 1930. Immigrated from France to La Salle County, Illinois in about 1850. Immigrated to Wright County in about 1880.

Joseph Louis Beshey and Mary Regina Bohy Beshey - Born in France around 1815. Immigrated to the USA in about 1850 with young sons: Alex and Frank. Alex and his mother ended up in La Salle County by 1880. Frank Louis Beshey immigrated to Wright County in about 1880.

Jacob and Regina Bohy - Born in France. Possible parents of the above.
