Eileen Isabelle Keppers Tegland
24 August 1915 ---- 16 April 1971

Funeral services for Mrs. Leonard Tegland, a former Eagle Grove resident, were held here Monday morning in Sacred Heart Church. Rev. Edward Lechtenberg officiated at the requiem mass. A Burial was in Calvary Cemetery.

She died April 16 in Rockford, Ill. after a long illness. Mrs. Tegland is survived by one son, Edward of Loves Park, Ill.; one grandson, and three brothers: Henry and Edward Kepper of Eagle Grove and Charles Kepper of Tulsa, Okla.

The former Eileen Isabelle Kepper, the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Charles Keppers, was born in Eagle Grove August 24,1915. She was a graduate of Sacred Heart High School, and in 1936 was married to Leonard Tegland of Eagle Grove in Belvidere, Ill. They made their home for 32 years in Rockford, Ill., where Mr. Tegland died in July of 1970.

She was a member of St. Bridget's Catholic Church in Loves Park.

The rosary was recited Sunday evening at Kastler Babcock Funeral Home.
