Dows - Funeral services will be held Thursday at the Van Hove Funeral Home here for Mrs. James (Louisa) Brannan, 86, who died Tuesday at a Clarion hospital. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery.

Survivors include three daughters: Mrs. Earl (Clare) Jones of Rowan; Mrs. Louis (Thelma) Benson of Clarion; Deone Van Noy of Dows; a son, Merle of Dows; two sisters; eight grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.
