Florence Delores Roosa Sturm
19 November 1938 --- 27 February 2021

Florence ‘Delores’ Sturm, 82, of Belmond, passed away on Saturday, February 27, 2021 at MercyOne North Iowa in Mason City. Delores was born in Dows on November 19, 1938. She was the first child of Howard and Mable (Waddell) Roosa. Delores was united in marriage to Harvey Sturm Sr. in Hampton on July 4th, 1959. They made their home in Belmond and had three children. She held a variety of jobs around the area, working at ACCO, Ben Franklin, PSI, and 27 years as a school bus driver. Delores was preceded in death by parents and her husband, Harvey.

Funeral services for Delores Sturm will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, March 6, 2021 at Ewing Funeral Home, 111 Luick’s Lane South in Belmond. Burial will be in the Belmond Cemetery.
