Mabel Jencenia Gunderson Larson
24 December 1883 ---- 21 July 1941

Mabel Jencenia Larson was born December 24, 1883 in Humboldt county, the eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Matt Gunderson. She passed away from this life at her home Monday, July 21, 1941 at the age of 57 years, 7 month, and 28 days.

She was baptized unto Christ, received instructions, and confessed her Christian faith in her youth.

She was united in marriage to Hans. C. Larson on the 27th day of March 1907. They farmed most of their married life and lived the last four years in Eagle Grove. She is survived by her husband and eight children: Marion of Los Angeles, Calif.; Harold, Kanawha; Mrs. Jack Benoit, Port Clinton, Ohio; Mrs. E. H. Strait, Eagle Grove; James, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. Wm. H. Phipps, Fort Dodge; Beulah, and Robert at home; also, 2 grandchildren.

Preceding her in death were her parents, three children, Lester, Bernard, and Gordon; a sister, Mrs. Knute Severson, and a brother, Melvin Gunderson. She leaves to mourn her death, besides her family, many relatives, and a host of friends.

Mrs. Larson put her trust in her Savior and received much comfort and assurance from the word of God.

Because of her unselfish, friendly character, Mrs. Larson was loved by her many friends.
