Dows - Funeral services for Mrs. Ellery (Blanche May Belle) Baxter, 64, will be conducted Friday in the First Presbyterian Church here. The Rev. D. E. Flint will officiate. The Erickson Funeral Home is in charge.

Mrs. Baxter died Sunday evening at Lutheran Hospital in Hampton. She had been ill for some time. She was born in December 19, 1892 in Dows.

Surviving are her husband, Ellery; a son, LaVerne of Los Angeles, California; her father, Morris Carpenter, Dows; a sister, Mrs. Charles Hofsommer and four brothers: Earl of St. Clair, Minnesota; Fay, Webster City; Lionel, Dakota City and Elmer of Clarion.
