Oscar Ulstad was called to Nevada, Mo., last Friday to accompany Ole Askvig to his home north of Goldfield. Mr. Askvig went to Nevada some time ago for his health, but it seems could get no relief from an effection of the stomach. Mr. Ulstad got as far as Kansas City with Mr. Askvig when he passed away.
The funeral was held Tuesday in the church here, attended by a large number of people, as Mr. Askvig used to live in this vicinity and was highly respected by all who knew him.
His wife and children have the sympathy of a large circle of friends in their bereavement.
