Mr. Joseph Necas passed to his reward last Friday, Feb. 8th, at the home of his son Joseph, Mr. Necas was born in Bohemia, Feb. 2, 1837, and came to this country in 1901, settling in Chicago, and after even years’ residence there came to this place. He is survived by two sons and one daughter, namely, James of Chicago, Joseph of this place and Mrs. Mary Puncochar of Elyria, Neb. The funeral services took place yesterday from St. John’s church with interment at the Catholic cemetery. Mr. Necas has made many friends here, and his death is the cause of deep sorrow to all.
