Go west out of Ottumwa on what is now the Eddyville Rd. (part of old Highway 163) toward Chillicothe. Turn right (North) on Forrest Avenue. Where Forrest turns into 145th Avenue is the approximate location of Ottumwa Junction.

It is just southwest of Phillips and Rutledge ;)
