LINKS ON WAPELLO COUNTY SITE R NOT WORKING

Is anybody else having trouble with some of the links on our homepage? I haven't been able to get to the records I need in the last 2 days. I have written to Deb several times. Maybe she is on vacation.Can somebody fill me in?
