Info on Lula Belle PENCIL

Looking for marriage, death, obit info on a Lula Belle PENCIL who was born Nov 1888. Believe she died around 1970 but definitely in Ottumwa. Also think she was married to a WILLISON (sp?) after 1930. Willison was involved in a trucking business I think in the 1950-1960 era also in Ottumwa.

Any info on this couple would be greatly appreciated.
