Will do some more checking for you, but right now the only thing I can find is the following:

Ruth Harper married Clare Cremer on 25 September 1915 in Wapello County
Ruth Beaman Harper married Dwight Branson Baker on 17 September 1919 also in Wapello County

Don't know if these are different Ruth Harper(s) or not.
