I was looking at the Bladensburg Cemetery on FindAGrave. My great grandfather's name was William Harrison Whitney: His grandson, my uncle, was William Howard Whitney.

Also: Can you locate who the trustees of that cemetery might be? They might have a plat map.
A farmer in the area who bought the Whitney property, Clark Yeager, might have some info about the plat map.
