Marriage of Rosa Randall and Franklin Blachly

Dear Sir/Madam:

I would appreciate your assistance in checking on the possibility that my great great grandparents-Rosa Randall and Franklin Blachly were married in 1895 somewhere in Wapallo County, Iowa. They spent most of their life in Elden and finally in Ottumwa, Iowa. I would appreciate any information you may find on both of them.

Rosa Randall was born October 3, 1872 in Mackville, Illinois. Franklin Blachly was born in Missouri in June 1875.
