Availability of Records from Johnson's Funeral Home

SELIX

Hi,

Today in the mail I received a copy of an obit for my great-great grandfather William Alfred Selix who died Monday 11 November 1940 in his home at 231 North Davis Street, Ottumwa, Wapello Co, Iowa. In the obit published 12 November 1940 in the Ottumwa Courier, it states, "Burial will be in Wesley Chapel Cemetery."

First off the only 2 Wesley Chapel Cemeteries I know about are in Davis county. I've been to the one near Ash Grove and didn't find a stone for him. [Note his first wife, Sarah Mariah (Longfellow) Selix is suppose to be buried in Wesley Chapel Cemetery also & wasn't able to find her stone]
So since in the obit it mentions Johnson's Funeral Chapel, I was wondering if their is a way to check those records and see if Johnson's has more info on his burial location. I see Johnson's Funeral Chapel is still around. Will I need to call them or have their records been published and can someone check this for me?
