Anderson NELSON FAMILY???

My grandparents were married there in Ottumwa, Wapello County, sometime
around 1893.

I am trying to find out if there were any of his or her family memberslisted at the time of their marraige. I have not found out if either of them had brothers or sisters or cousins
or any relatives that were in the community or back in Sweden. I did remember mymother saying that one uncle was Swanson, and another uncles last name wasHaglund but whether they ever left Sweden I can't remember?

Was there any newspapers at that time that would announce their wedding,etc.that might list family members? Here is what I have for them and their

Children:

Carl John Nelson - born March 7, 1863 in Asbo, Ostergotland, Sweden died March 2, 1930 in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California.His death certificate listed his parents as: Father - Anderson Nelson

Mother - Anna Loud(sp.?)
Wife was:
Anna Carolina Anderson - born April 7, 1871 in Kisa, Ostergotland, Sweden

died June 12, 1924 in San Jose, Santa Clara County, California

her death certificate listed only her father: Alfred Anderson
Children:

Thure Nelson - born June 2, 1895 in Ottumwa, Iowa - died about 1946.

Marcus Knute Nelson - born Jan. 1, 1897 Ottumwa, Iowa & died 11-11-66

Agnes Elizabeth Nelson - born July 23, 1898 Ottumwa, Iowa

Regina Anna Nelson - born Feb. 24, 1900 - Ottumwa, Iowa

Ebba Sophia Nelson - born - Feb. 5, 1902 - Ottumwa, Iowa

Sigard Carl Nelson - born - October 27, 1903 - Asbo, Ostergotland,
Sweden

Augusta(Gustav) Nelson - born 1906_________died Abt. 1922 in Chicago,
Illinois

Margaret Nelson(my mother) - born Nov. 4, 1909 - Chicago, Illinois

My name is Elgin Dale Frye and live in Paradise, California and have
recently joined
the Paradise Genealogical Society to try and add to what I have been able
to find out
from family, etc. One of the ladies helping me gave me your e-mail and
said "write to her" she should be able to help.
