Thanks for that suggestion. I plan on coming to Wapello county this summer and plan on going to the courthouse. Since you've given me an idea where to search, I'll be sure and see what I can find.
I've narrowed the arrest down to between 1922 - 1929. She would have had to have been at least 18 and I know she was married and living with her 2nd husband in 1929 in Minn. Interesting what a person finds when doing genealogy.*gg*
