Based on the information you provided, I checked the funeral home records in Eldon and found the following:

Franklin Leander Moore was born on 11 Apr 1872 in Zanesville, OH and died on 2 Jan 1963 in Eldon, Wapello County, Iowa. He was the son of John Moore and Rebecca Bogle.

Lelia O. Barker was born on 12 Oct 1872 at Mt. Zion, Van Buren County, Iowa and died on 13 Feb 1950 at Eldon, Wapello County, Iowa. She was the daughter of William A. Barker and Rebecca True.

Both are buried in the Eldon Cemetery.

Lelia Bernice Moore was born on 19 Oct 1897 in Wapello County, Iowa and died on 15 Apr 1984 at St. Joe Hospital, Burbank, California.

Louis (Louie) Witte was born on 29 Jan 1892 and died on 7 Feb 1977 at the Jefferson County Hospital in Fairfield, Iowa. He was the son of William Witte and Nellie Steffey.

Both are buried in Eldon Cemetery next to Franklin and Leila Moore
