Paul,

The only Albin Anderson that I can find with Wapello County connections is Albin G. Anderson - born 10 Jan 1884 in Chariton, Iowa; died 24 Jul 1971 in Ottumwa son of Gustaf and Matilda Carlson Anderson.

Obit lists the following relatives:

Daughters - Lucille Anderson and Eloise Anderson of Ottumwa and Mrs. Doris Adine Wilkerson of Iowa City.

Grandchildren: George R. Wilkerson of Minneapolis and Mrs. Marcia Buchanan of San Francisco.

If this is the correct person, will do some more checking.
