Jerry Musick

Warm Springs State Hospital maintenance supervisor, Jerry S. Musick, Butte, died at his home Saturday morning, Dec. 16.

Mr. Musick died of an apparent self-inflicted gunshot.

He was born in Kansas City, Kansas, Feb. 10, 1946 attended grade and high school in Eugene, Mo. He then attended Rolla School of Mines in Jefferson City, Mo.

He moved to Butte from St. Charles, Mo., in 1981. He and Linda Reed were married in Stockport, May 24, 1980. She survives.

He was a maintenance superintendent at the Montana State Hospital at Warm Springs.

An Army veteran, he served in Vietnam.

Other surviving are a son, Jason Musick of Jefferson City, Mo., daughter Cathy Musick, also of Jefferson City and step-daughter, Leslie Bryant of White Plains, N.Y.

Services were held Tuesday, Dec. 19. Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery.
