Robert Keith Warner

OTTUMWA - Robert Keith Warner, 57, 1806 Albia Road, Ottumwa, formerly of Fort Madison, died at 10:45 a.m. Monday, Nov. 20, at the Ottumwa Regional Health Center. He had been in failing health for some time.

Mr. Warner was born July 15, 1932, at Bentonsport. He moved from Fort Madison to Ottumwa in 1986. He was a former employee of the Lehigh-Leopold Co. of Burlington and also of the former American Paper Co. of Fort Madison. He attended the Evangelistic Temple in Ottumwa.

Also surviving are a son, Steve, Fort Madison; a daughter, Gale Warner, Fort Madison; two stepdaughters, Angela and Pamela Staub, both of Fort Madison; five brothers, Charles of Hamilton, Ill., Larry of Wever, Ronnie of Ottumwa, Joey and David, both of Fort Madison; and three sisters, Bernice Hinton, Drakesville, Betty Stratton, Shenandoah, and Helen Bullard, Fort Madison.

He was preceded in death by two brothers and a sister in infancy. His parents were Neil and Helen Williams Warner.

Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at the Evangelistic Temple. The Rev. Tommy Brunk will officiate. Burial will be in Bentonsport Cemetery.

The body is at the Reece Funeral Home in Ottumwa where the family will meet friends from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Wednesday.

A memorial is being established with the American Cancer Society.
