Warren A. Martin

Warren A. Martin, 73, Farmington, died at 4:04 p.m. Wednesday, January 6, 1988 at University Hospitals, Iowa City.

Mr. Martin was born September 18, 1914 in Lee County and was a lifelong resident of the Farmington area. He farmed and later worked at the Farmington Gravel Pit.

On November 23, 1935 at Kahoka, Missouri he married Mildred Krouse, who survives.

Also surviving are a brother, Glen Martin, Farmington, and two sisters, Edith Roth, Farmington and Myrtle Holmes, Donnellson.

He was preceded in death by a sister and his parents, Oak and Mattie Grelk Martin.

Services were held Saturday, January 9, 1988 at the Hofbauer Funeral Home in Farmington. The Reverend Carl Martin officiated. Burial was in Greenglade Cemetery.

A memorial is being established with the Heart Fund.
