OBITUARY

Stella May Justice was born on May 1, 1896 at Casey, Illinois, the daughter of Henry and Emma (Wilkins) Legg. On Nov. 26, 1913, Stella married Charles Justice at Greenup, Illinois and they made their home there until moving to Buckingham area in 1920. Stella and Charlie farmed for several years and moved to Traer in 1931.

Following Charlie's death on June 27, 1972 Stella continued to make her home on First Street in Traer. In more recent years Stella became a resident of Westbrook Acres Care Center at Gladbrook where her death came on Thursday, February 10, 1994 at the age of 97 years.

Stella was preceded in death by her husband, 5 brothers, 2 sisters, two grandchildren, Donna and Reginald and a great-great-grandson.

Stella is survived by her children Wayne & Evelyn Justice of Cedar Rapids, Dale & Irene Justice of Matalia, CA, Marie Finch of Cedar Rapids, Myrna and John Reuman of Traer, a sister Lorene Latta, of Greenup, IL, as well as 4 grandchildren, 13 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandchild.
