Last Thursday morning the old Mrs. H. Kamerman, born Cornelia Dorst, aged over eighty years. Lately the old lady had not been too good to assert old age. Last week she suffered a stroke which she did not recover from. The funeral took place on Saturday under the direction of Rev. Lubbers. Mrs. Kamerman is survived by her elderly husband; together they came from the Netherlands and lived here for 33 years and in Sioux Center.

Obituary
Thursday the 5th of May the most sensitive loss in my life struck me as my beloved wife, Cornelia Kamerman, born Drost in the age of 80 years and 16 days was taken from me by death. For almost 40 years we had together enjoyed the life and sorrow of life together, and now her loss strikes me very much. But it need not act like those who have good hope. In silence she trusted in the Lord her savior whom she loved and has served many years below. The here gives comfort in the midst of grief and sorrow.
Hereby I would also like to thank friends and relations for the help shown to me during the discovery and funeral of my dear wife. Hendrik Kamerman.
