Adrianus Van Bochove

Died: May 18, 1957
Funeral services were held at the Netherlands Reformed church of Sioux Center at 1:30 Wednesday for A. Van Bochove, 69. who died at his home in Sioux Center following a lingering illness.
Services were conducted at the Little Chapel at 12:30 p.m. immediately preceding the church service. The Rev. A. Vergunst; officiated. Burial was made in Sioux Center Community cemetery under the direction of Cooperative Burial Association of Sioux Center.
Mr. Van Bochove was born at Klaaswaal, Zuid Holland, The Netherlands February 22, 1888 As a young man he came to the United States and lived in the vicinity of Sioux Center for the past 46 years. In 1954 he returned to Holland for a short visit with relatives there.
He is survived by a widow and five children, William of Rock Valley, Case of Doon, Anna, Mrs. Bert Tunissen of Rock Valley, Irene of Tucson, Arizona , and Andrew presently serving with the Armed Forces; and eleven grandchildren.
Also surviving are two sisters, Mrs. Katherine Meyer of Sheldon and Marie Van Pelt of The Netherlands; and three brothers, Aart, Klaas and Tunis in The Netherlands.
