Walter Vender Well
Funeral services were held for Walter Vander Well. 81, Rock Valley, on Monday, January 19. in the First Reformed Church.
The Rev. Gordon Bloemendaal officiated. Burial was in Valley View Cemetery. Mr. Vander Well died Friday, January 16, at Hegg Memorial Hospital.

Mr. Vander Well was born Mav 12. 1899 at Boyden. He married Cora Van Eldik August 28, 1923 at Rock Valley. She died July 27, 1975. Mr. Vander Well was a partner in the Vander Well Hardware Store in Rock Valley for 51 years.

Survivors include four sons, Vernon of Hull, Allen of Edmonton, Alberta. Canada. Loren of Vista. California, Lester of Reno Nevada; two brothers, Steve, of Rock Valley. Herman of LeMars. one sister. Mrs. Frank (Kate) De Haas of Orange City, fourteen grandchildren and two greatgrandchildren
