I too am looking at the McAninch line, my mother was Eursla (McAninch) Austin out of Casey County, Kentucky but spend most of her adult life in Cincinnati, Ohio. Apparently the McAninch clans spread widely over America, as the nation expanded... Even had one Great Grandpa in blue and one in gray during the Civil War....

What timeframe are you researching?
