OBITUARY - VERLA DEAN OREN

A service will be at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday, May 14, 2008, in Willamette National Cemetery for Verla Dean OREN, who died March 23 of lung cancer at age 85.

Verla Dean HARRIMAN was born May 7, 1922, in Ellston, Iowa. A homemaker, she lived in Portland during World War II and later lived in Beaverton. She most recently lived in Sacramento. In 1944, she married Hollis W. OREN; he died in 2004.

Survivors include her son, Steven A.; sister, Virginia METTS; and three grandchildren.
