OBITUARY.

--DIED at the poor farm in Ringgold county, Iowa April 8th 1885, R. B. TRUE aged 76 years, 10 months, and 6 days. He was born in Cincinnati O[hio] and reared in Green (sic) county [June 2, 1808] and was married twice; three children are surviving by the first wife. He was married to Miss Maria WHEELER in 1847, she and four children live to mourn his loss. The deceased came to Decatur county Iowa in 1855 and settled at Garden Grove. His remains were interred in the south [Rose Hill] cemetery at Mt. Ayr Iowa. His daughter Maria was with him during his late illness, which lasted ten days.
