DEATH of an INFANT.

Sympathy unrestrained goes out to Mr. and Mrs. Victor THOMPSON who Sunday morning, October 21, were called upon to mourn the death of their first born - a son for whom the name Rex K., had been selected. During the trying hour when hope looked forward with expectant joy; when solicitude, born of love, was at its height and hearts were drawn in close communion with the Creator in anticipation of the miracle of birth; in the same hour that the fond hope of parenthood was realized the Angel of Death entered and bore away the newborn soul. Despite the efforts of skilled physician and the work of loving hands, the slender thread of life was broken and joy was turned to mourning.

The little body was prepared for burial and short services were held at the home Sunday afternoon, being conducted by Rev. W. Harold SMITH, pastor of the Church of Christ. A long train of automobiles filled with sympathizing neighbors and friends formed the cortege which passed to Rose Hill cemetery where the little form was laid to rest.

CARD OF THANKS.

For every kindness shown by sympathizing neighbors and friends in our hour of sorrow we are profoundly grateful.

- Mr. and Mrs. Victor THOMPSON.
Mr. and Mrs. C. E. THOMPSON.
Mr. and Mrs. W. V. SAWYER and Eva.

NOTE: Rex K. THOMPSON was born and died on October 21, 1929.
