DEATH of Mrs. ALMEDA McCURDY.

Almeda McCURDY, wife of Seth WOLFORD, died at her home in Redding, Iowa [May 16, 1926], at the age of 79 years. Her husband preceded her in death nine years ago. She leaves one daughter, Mrs. Rosa GUESS, of near Hatfield, Mo., and one daughter, Mrs. Gertie MAULDIN, preceded her in death. She was a member of the Advent Christian church.

The funeral was held at the Advent church of Hickory Grove Tuesday, May 18. She was laid to rest beside her husband. Services were conducted by Clifford JACKSON.

NOTE: Almeda J. WOLFORD McCURDY WOLFORD was born on October 24, 1847. Her first husband Samuel W. WOLFORD was born on October 2, 1842, and died on November 14, 1917. Gertie L.. (McCURDY) MAUDLIN, daughter of Seth W. and Almeda J. McCURDY, was born in 1871, and died in 1909 with interment at Hickory Grove Cemetery, Ringgold County, Iowa.
