OBITUARY.

DIED:-- At her residence in Riley township, Ringgold county, Iowa, on the 20th day of Jan., 1883, of appolexy, Mrs. Abi LIVERMORE. Age fifty-six years, three months and twenty-six days.

Abi BABB was born in Luzeane county, Penn. From whence, at the age of thirteen years, she came to Iowa, living in Des Moines, Louisa and Ringgold counties, respectfully, from that time on until her death. When twenty-one years old, she was united in the bonds of matrimony with Jairur LIVERMORE, of Vermont, with whom she lived happily for sixteen years. But in Dec., 1862, pneumonia took from her, her kind and affection husband. And she was left a widow, with seven small children, the youngest being only one yera old. The funeral services were held at the Biggony school house on the 22nd, and was attended by a great number of friends and acquaintances, who only "knew to love." Christian consolation was offered by Rev. WATSON and STONE.
