LEILA MABEL WILLIAMS

Leila Mabel Williams, daughter of Mr. W.C. Williams, was born December 1st 1880. She departed from this life December 15, 1909, aged twenty-nine years and fourteen days. She was united in marriage to Mr. Walter J. Brayton, August 10th, 1901. She had a happy home at 721 Summer street. Although her delicate health kept her from some of the pleasurable activities of life, yet she was cheerful and courageous. She leaves to cherish her memory a husband, father and mother, and two sisters, Mrs. Geo. Turner of Grinnell and Mrs. J.P. Watson of Ames, all of whom were present at the funeral. She was a member of the Rebekahs.

Funeral services were held in the Baptist church on Friday afternoon, December 17, conducted by Rev. L.D. Weyland.
