MRS. PLEAS MILLS,
MEMBER OF CYCLONE
CLASS, DIED THURSDAY

Press dispatches Friday announced the death of Mrs. P.J. (Pleas) Mills, Grinnell college graduate in the cyclone class of 1882, who passed away on her 93rd birthday Thursday at her home in Des Moines. Mrs. Mills before her marriage was Annie M. Easton. She attended the 60th reunion of her class here in 1942. She had retained her interest in the college all through her long life and Grinnell College groups had frequently met in her home. She was the widow of the founder and owner until his death of the White Line Transfer company in Des Moines. She is survived by a daughter, Mrs. F.W. Lehman, Jr., and a sister, Mrs. Ruth Easton Hippee of Des Moines, two grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
