MISS RENA MEANOR

Miss Rena Meanor, formerly of Grinnell, died Sunday morning in Omaha, after a brief illness which was not at first considered serious. The body was brought to Grinnell Sunday night and at 3 o'clock this afternoon funeral services were held from the home of her sister, Mrs. E.M. Neely.

Miss Meanor was born in Newburg, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. W.M. Meanor. She grew to womanhood in this vicinity and for several years was a member of the firm of the Meanor sisters, who were engaged in the millinery business in a building on the site where the Grinnell Savings Bank now stands. She left Grinnell twelve years ago and went to Omaha where she has since made her home.

Miss Meanor is sincerely mourned by her many friends in Grinnell and Newburg. A complete obituary will appear in a later issue.
