Where buried?

My great Grandfather's sister, Catherine DUFFY, born in Ireland, and her husband Bernard McBRIDE are very elusive. I live in Des Moines, Polk County, IA and they lived here also in the early 1900's. They both died before 1920. Catherine's death record says she is buried in St Ambrose Cemetery but I have searched there and can't find her. I'm figuring I'm overlooking her.Does anyone know where they are at this cemetery? any help is very much appeciated. Thank you so much.
