OBIT: Stella Raffensperger

I need help in obtaining an obit for Stella RAFFENSPERGER widow of Orville RAFFENSPERGER, whose obit appeared in the Des Moines Register, Metro Section, September 30, 1982, Page 11, Column 3. The Des Moines Public Library informed me that they no longer provide obits for out of state people due to budget cuts.(Not even for a fee.)I would greatly appreciate any help.
