looking for information on my mothers biological parents

My mother was born June 15 1942 in Fort Madison Iowa. She was adopted at age 2 1/2 from an orphanage in Ottumwa Iowa. her birth name was Madiline Carroll Ottie (not sure if spelling on last name is correct.) Any info on the orphange or any info at all would be appreciated. She was told that she had 4 older siblings and one younger. She was also told that father was a doctor and that mother was a beautician. not sure how much of that info is correct. Any information that i might beable to obtain would be appreciated. thank you for your time.
