Letter to Mary Weber 1914

I have a letter written in Dec 31, 1913 to a Dr. Mary Jackson Weber. It was addressed to 1073 18th St., Des Moines, Polk Co. Iowa and postmarked Jan 1, 1914. The letter was sent from Boulder, Colorado. I purchased a bundle of letters at a flea market in Hot Springs, Arkansas several years ago. I have successfully located a few descendants of some letters and returned them, but have had no success with this one. The letter was signed with the signature Fred.
