I checked the Des Moines Register but could not find any death notice/obituary for David Jones around April 30, 1934. I think I found the obit for his wife but it gives her first name as Mae but does a surviving brother as being Albert Emerson. Unfortunately, it doesn't mention her husband or when he died. No other family members are named. If you want a copy of the obit, I will be happy to email you a scan of it if you let me know.
