Paul or Clemmy Kummer

I know this is a reach, but I don't have much info to go on. I'm searching for a man named Clem or Clemmy Kummer. His father's name might have been Paul E Kummer. Clem would have been born prior to 1948, possibly born in Iowa. His mother's name is unknown. Paul Kummer was married to Clem's mother, then married Minerva Jean Harms in 1948 without divorcing Clem's mother first.

Like I said, I don't have much info, but would like to find anything about Clem or Paul Kummer.
