I am not related to this person, but I recently found a picture in a flea market in Benton, Arkansas that has the name Opal Howard written on the back. Also has a partial address of East 7th written on it with instructions to make a larger copy of the picture. Therefore I am not sure if this is the person in the picture or the person ordering a picture. It is a picture of a toddler in a coat and muff taken by L.H. Freeborn studio in Des Moines, Iowa. Picture appears to be late 1800's to early 1900's based on picture and clothing style. If anyone can connect with the picture they are welcome to it. Looking for old pictures with names and trying to return them to their families is just something I enjoy doing. Contact me at dvick@cswnet.com if you are interested.
