Thomas & John Young after 1850

Searching for any information re: Thomas and/or John YOUNG (brothers) who were last known to be with their parents and siblings in Polk Co.,IA, on the 1850 US Census for that county. They were 16 and 15 years of age at that time. By 1853 the parents (Joseph & Jane YOUNG) and other younger children were in Lane Co., OR. Three older siblings remained in IA. The only information I have about the 2 men is birth place, VA & IL respectively. Any help appreciated.
