According to Polk County, Iowa Marriage Records, Albert Masser, age 19, born Reading, Pennsylvania (son of Augustus Masser and Emma Fitgar) married Bessie Watkins Browne, age 17, born Ogden, Iowa (daughter of George Browne and Nellie Gater) on July 29, 1895 in Des Moines, Polk County.

I located what appears to be her family in the 1880 Census in Marcy, Boone, Iowa; Page: 183B; Enumeration District: 11;
George Brown, age 28, born New York, farmer, both his parents born in England
Nellie Brown, age 26, wife, born Vermont, both her parents born in Vermont
Hattie Brown, age 7, born Texas
Bessie Brown, age 1, born Iowa
