As the stone says that she was the wife of Grigsby Depew, this is the correct person. It sounds like her stone is pretty weathered. She was on the 1856 census (age 18) with Grigsby and her son in Camp Twsp. From other records I have her birthdate as 10 Sep 1837. Using this date and 31 Aug 1857 as the date of her death yields an age of 19 years, 11 mos and 21 days.

So, it appears that the weathering has probably changed the 7 into a 2 and the 11 into a 1.
