I can tell you that Charles Bass either died on or was buried on 31 March 1965. He was buried in Glendale Cemetery in Des Moines. i checked the Des Moines Public Library website for an obituary listing but there is none listed for Charles Bass. The Glendale Cemetery records may indicate the funeral home name and perhaps they have a record of an obituary or a record showing his family information.
