I am trying to locate my cousin, Charles Barker. His middle name might be Orville. He was born and raised in Des Moines and would be about 75 years old. He married and had four daughters. He was a school teacher, possibly taught Manual Arts. I believe he taught in rural Iowa towns and was at one time a school superintendent. If he is still living he would be retired. I have searched in Des Moines with negative results. His parents, Orville and Gladys Barker, are deceased and lived their lives in Des Moines. As you can see I lost touch with him years ago.
