Divorce Records

KREISS, WHITING, BURROUGH, OCHELTREE

I am lookiing for information about Dora Kreiss Whiting Burrough. She was married to Charles Whiting in 1923 and to Charles Burrough in 1930. However, after that I can not locate her. I am sure she is deceased but I would like to contact relatives. Dora was born in KS in the 1870's to John & Lucretica Kreiss. She had a daughter Helen Whiting Cessna who passed away in 1972 or 1973. Helen had a daughter named Connie Ocheltree who was in Des Moines until 1975. I would also like any information on Connie. I believe it is possible that Dora married after Burrough but I have no idea when. Is it possible to have someone look for a divorce record in Des Moines?
