MRS. FRANK D. REED
Mrs. Frank D. Reed, 46, died at her home Tuesday evening following a brief illness.
Mrs. Reed was born December 5, 1898 (1897), at Westfield, Ia. Here on may 18, 1919, she was married to Mr. Reed, and Sioux City had since been her home. She was a member of the First Church of Christ Scientist.
Surviving are the widower; a son Bruce Earl Reed in the navy; a daughter Mrs. Willis Bennett of Schaller, Ia.; three brothers, Clifford E. Butcher of Sioux City, Bennie Butcher of Seattle, Wash., and Charles Butcher in Alaska, and a sister, Miss Carrie W. Butcher of Sioux City.
The body was taken to the W. Harry Christy funeral home.

Funeral services for Mrs. Frank D. Reed, who died in her home, Tuesday flowing a brief illness, will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the W. Harry Christy chapel in Morningside. Mrs. Adah Jandt of the First Church of Christ Scientist reading. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery at Akron, Ia. The pallbearers will be Ray Lisle, H. E. Van Pelt, Fred McCauley, Joe Nelson, J. E. Dowling and W. J. Knupp.
