Funeral for Mrs. Cole Held in Minnesota

Frank Parcaut and Mrs. Ollie Goyette were at Brainderd, Minnesota last week to attend the funeral of their sister, Mrs. George Cole, who died on Tuesday following a long illness. Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Parcaut of Des Moines, Mr. and Mrs. Alfred Parcaut of Sioux City and Mrs. E.W. Husted of Hartley also attended the funeral.

Mrs. Elizabeth Mable Cole, 58, wife of George Cole, Pillager, died at the Saint Joseph Hospital Tuesday afternoon.

Mrs. Cole was born Februay 7, 1891 in Pipestone County. She was married to George Cole December 25, 1913 in Primghar, Iowa. Mrs. Cole had been a resident of Pillager for the past 23 years.

She is survived by her husband, George Cole, Pillager; two sons, Donald Cole, Dawson, Minnesota and Dale Cole, Brainerd; and Mrs. Clyde Loftis, Saint Paul; three brothers: Frank Parcaut, Sutherland, Ralph Parcaut, Des Moines, Alfred Parcaut, Sioux City; three sisters: Mrs. E. W. Husted, Hartley, Mrs. Cecil Marranell, Archer, Ollie Goyette, Peterson; and nine grandchildren. One son and a daughter preceded her in death.

Funeral services were held Thusday afternoon, September 1, from the Full Gospel Tabernacle in Pillager, with interment in Wildwood cemetery.

The Rev. Ray Rienie officiated.
